Additional Insured Coverage
This program will address the foundational issues of additional insured coverage and discuss the current topics that are evolving or unsettled including memorializing AI status, triggering AI coverage, problems with common AI endorsements, follow-form excess policies, scope of coverage, and limits issues.

Michael Menapace is an insurance lawyer, counselor and law school professor. He counsels insurance companies and represents them in courts and arbitration tribunals across the country. He teaches Insurance Law at the Quinnipiac University School of Law and is the lead editor of The Handbook on Additional Insureds, published by the ABA.
Geoffrey Miller is an attorney at Saxe Doernberger & Vita P.C., a national practice dedicated to representing insurance policyholders. In addition to representing corporate policyholders in complex, multi-party insurance litigation, Geoffrey also advises companies on gaps in their insurance programs, especially where cyber and physical risks intersect, and manages the indemnity, insurance, and risk transfer programs for multiple large construction projects in New York City.
