Program description: The panel models how to “get in” or “keep out” the 10 most common pieces of evidence. Watch experienced attorneys propose and oppose the admission of such standard evidence as police reports, learned treatises, business records and computer driven information. The application of rules of evidence are demonstrated, together with commentary from the panelists and Judges Prescott and Seeley.
