Join the Honorable Marshall K. Berger, Jr. for a lunch-time discussion about Rules Committee procedures, how rules are proposed, opportunities for input from attorneys and the public, and a preview of the rules the Judges of Superior Court will consider at their annual meeting in June. Attendees will learn about:

  • How the Rules Committee works and how proposals are developed, including the sources for proposed rules and rule changes
  • The timeline for action on proposals for new rules: from submission to the Rules Committee to potential action by the Judges of the Superior Court
  • The proposed rules that will be the subject of a public hearing in May and presented to the Judges of the Superior Court in June for review and action
