This unique learning experience was designed to be the nation’s most practical and actionable, one-day overall business management program. It will provide you with a broad and practical understanding of your clients’ problems, issues, objectives, and business processes, allowing you to better anticipate their needs and provide more valuable counsel. Obviously, no one-day program can present all of the material presented in a two year, on-campus, MBA program and you will not get a real MBA degree for attending. However, In a single, intense, day, the Program teaches, in plain English, what a business major learns about in eight core subjects taught in a typical MBA program, and how that knowledge is integrated and applied on a day-to-day basis by experienced enterprise managers. This Program is as valuable for business litigators as it is for general business and transactional lawyers. For more information click here

He is a graduate of the Isenberg School of Management, UMass at Amherst, and Cornell Law School. Hartstone is admitted to practice in Connecticut and Massachusetts and has served for the last three years as an Adjunct Instructor and Judge of the Cornell Law School Transactional Lawyering Competition. He is also a Founding Trustee of the American College of Investment Counsel and served as program chairman of a number of ALI-ABA business law programs while practicing law.
