Thomas J. Rechen Elected President of the Hartford County Bar Association

Attorney Thomas J. Rechen of West Hartford, Connecticut, an attorney in the Hartford office of McCarter & English, LLP, was elected President of the Hartford County Bar Association at the 2020 Special Meeting of Members on Tuesday, May 19, 2020.

In addition to the election of President Rechen, the following Officers were elected: Jennifer E. Wheelock, President Elect; Kevin J. McEleney, Treasurer; John L. Laudati , Secretary and Patrick Tomasiewicz, Past President.

The Hartford County Bar Association, established in 1783, is reputed to be the oldest continuously operated Bar Association in the country.
