Hartford County Bar Association Launches Oral History Project
The Hartford County Bar Association (HCBA) has created an “Oral History” of distinguished trial lawyers who practiced law in Hartford, when colorful trials at 95 Washington Street were a frequent occurrence. This Oral History Project, under the direction of HCBA Past President, Mark A. Rosenblum, was spearheaded by Judges Marshall Berger and Susan Peck, along with Attorneys John (Jay) Nolan, James Wade and Patrick J. Flaherty. They were inspired by what they learned each May at the HCBA’s annual Memorial Day Ceremony, which memorializes and celebrates the lives of Hartford County lawyers and judges who died during the previous year.
