Upcoming Scheduled Events and COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

The HCBA Officers held a meeting on Thursday, March 12th and are closely following updates from local, state and national officials monitoring the evolving public health concerns regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus).

The health and well-being of our association members and community is our highest priority.  Therefore, we have decided to make the following changes to our scheduled events:

March 24, 2020 – A Reception Welcoming Richard J. Colangelo, Jr., Esq. New Chief State’s Attorney of Connecticut – Cancelled (new date to be determined)

March 31, 2020 – HCBA Bench Bar Committee “Behind the Robe” – Cancelled (new date to be determined)

If you are registered for these events, you will receive a full refund.  If you have any questions, please contact the HCBA at 860.525.8106

The Hartford County Bar will continue to monitor the situation with regard to decisions made about our in-person programming and social events and will make future decisions on cancellations and postponements as more information becomes available. Your health, safety, and well-being are a top concern.
