Lawyers often represent clients in contested matters before state agencies. Agency attorneys and some experienced administrative lawyers know the do’s and don’ts and unwritten rules of practice that can give lawyers and clients a competitive advantage. Attend this CLE program to hear from state agency attorneys about those practice tips and other strategies that will help you navigate the process and represent your client better. Join your fellow members and other attorneys in networking with  members of the administrative Bar before and after the program.
